RC8 Part Compatibility and Diff query

I have an old RC8 - the first original version. I don't wasn't to change it, since its used mostly for bashing. I would like to know the following.
Is there parts that is compatible with other brands? Like the diff orings and diff gaskets? Does anyone know the size of the Diff orings?
