I would think it should be included in the ruling. 100kv is 500rpm, well within manufacturer variance for 5500kv motors. The "GUY" will need to make the decision... but the should be no advantage gained with the kyosho motor over the 5500kv options.

The Kyosho 5600 motor will be allowed, I will make the changes on the rules page.
