I had the impression you can mount the VTD in the front because front is quite similar to Evo, but in the rear you will have problem with upper-links, as they are fixed to the upper-deck... :-(
Wouldn't be able to use the rear centre post for the vertical deck on the Evo with the Medius conversion but it looks like everything else would fit... my Evo was never stiff enough for my local track so I'm afraid to go for the Medius conversion without stiffer flex options.
