1.5, 2.0, 2.5 & 3.0 mm hex/allen for all the basic stuff, 2.0 & 2.5 with ball ends are nice to have.
5mm for pivot ball nuts, I use a T-handle with a piece of fuel tubing, or you could get this this:

3mm turnbuckle for small ones / 4mm for steering tie rod ? Arrowmax are the best ones as the ends are tapered.
