All I do to dismount a tire is with low boiling water for 15 min. Boil new tires in water with about 5ml of dish detergent. Sand, scape, and prep old wheels and low boil in detergent water. Let everything dry for 15 minutes. Mount and glue.

I have never had a tire fly off, some small peels but never lost a tire.

Again all super glues, hobby or otherwise reacts with water absorbed into the rubber and plastic which are slightly hygroscopic.
