I know some teams kept a lot of their Worlds winning cars i.e. Associated kept many of their 1:10 buggies and 1:8 on road cars... yet L. Collari kept his 1:8 & 1:5 worlds winning cars... depends on the contract and conditions. I would imagine a prototype like the 1:8 durango would not come up for sale...
