I have just gotten an R3 as well and besides the arms, I would go with the diff cups, Steering knuckles and if you don't have the aluminum hub carriers those as well. These are the parts I know I will need!
Not sure about any thing else you may want to carry as I have not run the car much and actually have not broken anything yet! (keeps fingers crossed!) I am only running a stock motor in it right now though.
