I don't think you'll be able to run the Losi wheels even with the +3 hex. The distance from the face of the hex to the inside face of the wheel is a lot more than the distance on the AE wheels, more than 3mm I think.

i just got them in the mail today from Amain. It says not to put them on the front and I’m not sure why. I put them on all 4 corners to see what it would feel like and it was good. I honestly couldn’t tell much of a difference between my Tekno +2mm or whatever their largest offset is.
I believe Exotek says to not run them on the front of the EB, not the ET. The EB uses a shorter stub axle and running a +3 hex would most likely cause you to not have enough threads to secure the wheel. Also there's a good chance that even if you could secure the wheel you'd be over the legal limit for width.
