my oppinion most lipos come from one of 4 factories around the world. with that said i go with a cheaper on the wallet battery. Second a hv battery will give you more power out the gate, but you'll see less run time as your initially using power up faster and that higher voltage. Also if you don't have a hv-lipo charger you only charging to 14.8 normal voltage. You could losing very estimated 500+ mah depending on your lipo capasity.
For more power and runtime i'd go with a battery with just more capasity not voltage. but you could do both.
