The Evo III is a very nice car. Its just harder to tune for track conditions. The TRF-415 on the other hand, I'm not a fan of. It just kind of wears out and falls apart.
I never had durability issues with the TC3. I had problems with the hinge-pin retainers, soft plastic and belts on the XRay. My current car (Pro4) hasn't given me any grief yet
