If it were my money I'd buy the TEKIN RS PRO or the RS Gen 3for running 17.5T instead of the RSX PRO (the RSX PRO is designed for mod motors more so than 17.5, but it will certainly work).
The Motiv MC3 motor is outstanding from my experience, or the Tekin Spec R is also decent if you want to stick with Tekin.
