that's exactly what I did. After looking at the lap counter, I was way off, don't know what I was thinking. It was 276 laps for my 1st post, and 104 laps for my 2nd post that included the diff bearings.

One of the diff bearings seized up nice and tight.Think I might need a ring gear and pinion in the rear as well now
