dependent on which shocks are being used... most people make due by swapping the plastic ball ends; either the short or the long and/or internal limiters. I've used them all successfully, full TC shock with internal limiters and short ball ends, mini "big bore" with long ball ends, and SSBB with long ball ends. HTH
more importantly, is the fact that all of the old springs will 'not' work/fit nicely on non SSBB shocks. to use the SSBB you will have to buy the latest touring car big bore springs. the ones with the heat shrink identification (red, yellow, green, etc) short/long versions.
