at StockWars I TQd the “regular guys” division with my trusty CRC CK25. And to satisfy my insatiable need to experiment and tinker I ran a Yokomacher in the pro division. That hybrid car used a McFactory custom graphite chassis plate and the unique rear pod setup from Schumacher combined with the way excellent swaybar and inboard springs double wishbone front end from a C3.1 Yokomo. The CRC felt more “immediate” and a little more aggressive, while the hybrid Yokomacher felt noticeably smoother and easier to drive. Amazingly, my lap times between the two radically different cars were nearly identical, with the tried and true CK25’s fastest lap only a tenth quicker than what I could do with the experimental project car. Both cars were really good.
