Looking for suggestions on rotors for non-off-road application. Picked up two 7t’s came with the blue rotor. After briefly talking with the folks at trinity they thought it may work good for our application for a mod motor with smooth power Our application is sct based oval conversions at about 90oz. Tracks are higher grip, carry a lot of speed and out of the throttle very little. I would have thought the red rotor was ideal but looking for ideas. Mod motors are new to us, we had been running 13.5 before and seems most folks are off-road folks wheee I believe you run the strongest rotor you can to pull the chunk a monks out of the turns to get over the jumps. Too much initial torque power for us isn’t as good because it will blow tires loose but we need it down the straights. I don’t mind adding boost but figured I’d see what seasoned mod guys would suggest.
