i finally got this resolved with the help of paypal. i was very close to the 45 days limit and banggood still had not refunded me the 50 dollars they promised. i put in the claim and banggood spent another 8 or 9 days to respond. once they responded paypal sided with me and gave me the 50 dollars refund that was promised.

i will never order from banggood again. they were the worst company to deal with and i dont even want the boat anymore after all of this nonsense.
