My complaint on the punisher is this.... I have had two. The first one was mid 3400-3500kv and the second one was 3120-3200 kv. First one was fast second one not as much. Both setup the same. I upgraded both to all alum and picked up very little kv, maybe 20-30 and nothing much on Rpms. They were inconsistent between motors for sure.

Now i took a motiv mc2, installed stainless screws and picked up 160kv and 1800 rpms, less amp draw at the same timing. I suspected the rotor in the punisher is already so much stronger that the metal has little effect on it.
