Most budget brands of electronics do not have a service center nor any warranty, your best bet is to contact the reseller to get a replacement if they sent you a dud.

Normally IMAX has a pretty good reputation with their chargers... unfortunately there has been a problem with some brands that have cloned IMAX and misrepresent a lower quality product which is not truly an IMAX, hopefully you didn't buy from some random eBay seller, otherwise I might question if you got an actual OEM product... shrug
