Yes, they work well on carpet with just running laps for break in and SXT for a pre-race treatment or cleaning. On carpet, as they wear they will typically either balloon causing ride height adjustment issues or they go bald with some minor ballooning. Another thing about them is that they grip better as they wear and guys eventually end up gluing the sidewalls to prevent traction rolling.
