Your ride ht is greater than your guage blocks possibly.

Your wheels are possibly warped.

Often the shape of the tire can tug on the tie rods under the cars weight, and the slop in the ball ends messes it all up. The set up station, being a thin mount, hasn't that issue.

Your steering was moved and your caster has changed your camber. Do all alignments with your radio on.

There's also no harm in the fact that 2 degrees on the setup station, equals 1 degree with the tires on. Setup stations, unfortunately high light the faults in rc suspension pretty clearly, 1/10th scales are so sloppy.
