I got one of these Charsoon Antimatter chargers a while back and have been very happy with it, I believe these are the OEM for the Reaktor series from Turnigy, but with the main difference is that the Charsoon version includes an IR meter which is extremely helpful in measuring the health of your cells. Generally most of my cells start around 1mΩ to 3mΩ, but over time the IR goes up and I like to replace my cells when they go above 8mΩ to ensure the best performance.

I find the fastest way to put packs into storage mode is to run them down to LVC set at 3.4V/cell under load which typically averages out to 3.8V/cell at rest... most of the time the packs spend less than a minute to hit storage mode using this technique regardless of the brand of charger.

Best of luck in your decision!
