I stayed with the stock aluminum front shock towers. It bends, carbon fiber breaks. There should be some protective covers for the front shock tops. The screws tend to bend, or get damaged during upside down slides.
I guess it is more for people who want to race. I figured it would take impact better. I ordered some more wheels today, hub extenders and a balancing tool! I am going to go crazy waiting.
