For me I found that moving to the 10deg just calmed it down abit. Allowed an old bugger like to me push the car much harder. Mechanically you can look at the tuning guides to see what you “should” notice but like I said I can simply put it as it is more calm.
btw in case you were not aware you do not need to go with Aluminum the Bmax/yz4 plastics are 10deg
