The Yok BD and HB Cyclone are identical the their shaft drive counter parts. The geometry on BD is exactly the same as the SD. The belt drive set-up is better for big tracks and the shaft is better for tight tracks. Thats why Masami ran the SD at the recent JMRCA stock nats. So no new testing was really required except to figure out final drive ratio.
