The RR12L engines have a 13.70 mm bore x 14.25 mm stroke, which makes this engine a longer stroke engine.
I guess we should use relative terminology here to differentiate them both... For me, "short" stroke always referred to the NS/NSR and the "long" stroke was always the MT12 and RRL12 engines.

Yes, I find them really reliable too. You can actually make them scream at the top too if you smoothen and alter the crankshaft window timings.
