After a hiatus of a few years while I raced fpv drones and wings, I cleaned up my outdoor track and roped some flying friends into 1/8 buggy. Winter is upon us, and I have shifted to indoor dirt, raced my ET for the first time last weekend, love it. Running Pro2/5100/16T/rsx- dual drive with 15 deg, and kit setup. What I noticed was as some have described, I lacked control at the end of straight under hard braking, orange front springs helped. Steering was tough into corners until it bit off power, with more push if too hard on power. Also, I was surprised I couldn't get over a big quad that I do with my XB4 regularly, but they were brand new Electrons and the track seems to be favoring slicks or worn electron type, so I will see how next outing goes, Primes on the way, may try gearing up a tooth. I personally tend to make up the most time when I shorten the track with tight corners and consistency, so dropped diffs to 20/30/7. I have been rocking Tekno conversions since before they even made the EB48, still have a pair of OG EB48 and SCT410 going strong, but I have wanted this class for sooo long lol. Can't wait to get back out.
