OK, picking up an X6 today. All I want to be able to do is get charged packs down to Storage. I dont cycle or run them right down. I just want to quickly (basically) get them to storage level.

SO I have an OLD Trinity discharge tray lying around from the Nicad days.. It has 6 x .2ohm 10W resistors in it. I was thinking of connecting it in 3 banks of 2 8v x .4 = 3.2A - each bank correct? SO that would give me 9.6amp discharge??? Each bank is 20w.. and it produces 25.6w - SO if I have fan on it.. cooling.. should I be ok?

I could go 2 banks of 3 giving me 13.3 amp discharge but then I am at 8 x 13.3 = 106w and only 30w cap.. so that would blow the resistors.

Does this sound right? 3 parellel banks of .4ohm 20w.. will give me 9.6amp discharge at 25.6w per bank.
