Stop & Go Racing Rule:- SG starts from Start to Finish racing time.
- SG if wreck, don’t take off, let the other rc racer take the lead back.
- SG can be avoid: don't hit RC car from the rear (it’s your fault).
- SG can be avoid: make a Clean Pass.
- SG can be avoid: Lap Down Racer move out of the way!
- SG exempt: Race Leader only.
Why are these rules not enforced?
Those rules are enforced. Most likely I was not looking at the race when it happed.

I make the rules at my track, so still not too late to panalized the RC Racer who did that to you. I can take out points or apply a late start as penalty.
