The gear diff works great in low-medium bite surfaces. Makes the car more consistent and you do not have to rebuild the diff near as much as a ball diff!
Low grip surfaces you should start with 10k
Higher grip you should start with 30k
Those figures are far too high.
Stock with medium bite should be in the 700-1000 range.
Mod should start around 1000
