So I'm flipping the shocks on a used eb410 I picked up. I have done this on another not long ago, and had no issues. On this one, it looks like when the rear arms are at full compression, the shafts want to pop out of the rear diff outdrives. I'm still rebuilding the car, adding hop-ups, changing fluids, etc, but it appears I'm likely going to have an issue. I read in one of the Tyler Hooks Tekno blog entries: "I also added 2mm of (10mm inner diameter) washers in between the inner hub bearing and the lip of the axle to insure that there was ample dog bone plunge at full droop." This was quoted from: https://blog.teknorc.com/2018/07/19/...0-stock-build/

Even removing the droop screws, I don't have an issue at full droop, but at full compression, when the outdrive slot is straight up and down, it seems the shaft can pop out or jam up as the arm re-extends to its normal ride height position (which seems can prevent the arm from dropping back down due to the shaft binding at the outdrive). I did get the info on the spacers that Tyler used, and they are available, but I thought I would ask for a second opinion here, see if anyone else has experienced the same issue. I just find it odd that one car seems fine but the other not so much.

You can see the shims he used in this image: https://blogcdn.teknorc.com/wp-conte...863754844.jpeg

I'm open to other suggestions as well. Thanks in advance.
