Couple of notes for those planning to attend Northstar this year:
Friday Practice: Based on how things went with setup last year, and the fact we are using the same schedule this year, practice should be open by noon that Friday for those who were asking about traveling in.
F1 - We run the US rules which use a 25.5 motor for this class. I know some parts of Canada use 21.5 so for our friends from north of the border planning to run f1 be prepared for the rule difference and plan accordingly.
Tires - This is a bring your own tire event. We will not have any tires for sale at this race. We are pretty flexible for touring in that we allow Gravity Type C, Jaco Blue, Sweep 32's, and the Sweep black carpet tire the WCICS uses. So you will be able to run any of those that you like. In 1/12th we allow either the CRC/BSR purple stripe, or the JFT blue stripe. Those are the only two spec tires allowed for the 17.5 class. 13.5 1/12th is open tire.
