I went from the AE B6 to the TLR 22 4.0. I've run the 22 4.0 since last Spring, almost weekly on astro turf at my local track, and I have yet to have any ball cup issues. Several guys at the track are running the same car and never experienced an issue. I also can't say I've really needed to pop them off at all since building my car so maybe it's more like a rotator cuff injury, once they pop out the hold is never quite the same.
