At what point do you guys dispute a transaction??
At what point do you guys dispute a transaction? I bought an item more than 2 weeks now, but the seller still hasn't given me a tracking number, seller claimed it was shipped, but when ask for the tracking number, seller said it's in his truck and will send it the next day. One day after still no tracking number. So the following day I ask for it, the seller said he will send it one hour from the time a asked for it since seller was at work. 2 hour past still not communicating. I've been really patient but this is outrageous.
