Unhappy Battery charging problem with the Turbo35 stealth edition

ok I have a LRP and a turbo35 stealth edition. I raced stock for winter and now I've moved up to 19 turn, what the hell is wrong with my turbo35? using gp3300's "DEAD SHORTED"

LRP / turbo35

Charge amps: 6 / 6

delta peak: 70mv / n/a

peak cut off: n/a / .05

turboflex: Linear / off

charge sec: 3500-4000 / 1999-2300

Dean's discharge 20A tray
minutes until lights go dim 8 min. / 8 min.

I'm lost because when i first bought this from a friend the turbo was charge sec where reaching about 4700-5000 sec.

when I try to discharge on the turbo at 30amps the clips got so hot to the point that plastic insulation was starting to melt can someone help me out because I'm ready to ship this thing to competition electronics for inspection.

also when the turbo 35 is on the fan run but as soon as i connected anythinmg to it the fan goes off
