sure it's possible, but it's going to cost quite a bit. I spent around $200 to do it but wound up converting back because I got a good deal on another stadium truck. I still have all the parts for the 3.0 stadium truck conversion if you're interested, a 4.0 conversion would cost even more since the transmission, rear tower, rear arms and shocks changed. Chassis, side rails, shock shafts, front tower & body mount, front & rear axles, body, turnbuckles & hexes.
