Dear EP racers
The title of 2018 Singapore ISTC National Champion will be contested in a one-off race on 21 Oct 2018 at the RCMC East Coast Track. This event will be run alongside the Arrowmax Cup event scheduled for the same day.
The event details are as follows:
Date: Sunday, 21 Oct 2018
Time: From 9am onwards
Race Fee: $30 (RCMC Members) / $40 (Non-Members)
Class Rules:
- Motor: Open
- ESC : Open to all ESCs commercially available in the market.
- Gear Ratio: Open
- Batteries: Lithium Polymer 2S hard case, max 7.6v battery pack. Lipo batteries may be inspected before each run to ensure that the pre-race voltage readings do not exceed 8.40v; or 7.2V 6-cell Sub-C sized batteries
- Tyres / Inserts: Controlled Tyres will be announced in due course
- Tyre Additive: Controlled Additive will be announced in due course. Saucing may only be done at the designated area before each run. No other tyre treatment will be permitted (including use of brake cleaners etc) except for re-gluing of tyres.
- Minimum Weight: 1320g including transponder
- Body: Saloon bodies meeting the following requirements:-
- Maximum width without body: 190 mm
- Maximum width with body: 200 mm
- Maximum wheelbase: 273 mm
- Minimum height: 115 mm
- The rear wing including endplates must not extend higher than the roofline.
