I'll give everyone what I just used to finish second at the USVTA Southern Nationals at Apex Raceway.
.45 springs all around (kit)
white center spring with 25 w in the center
1 degree of camber
1 degree toe out
0 caster (all shims in front)
4.5 mm ride height front and rear
1 mm rear droop
2 mm front droop
battery inline and full back
tires were the gravity premounts as handouts
sidewall glue just below the crown on the fronts
SXT regular full rear, 7/8 front inside out
Xray gear diff with 15k ( many run much stiffer but I like this weight)
I qualified 5th and with luck and mostly clean driving I finished second.
I dont have the skills of John Barron II (Winner and congratulations to him) but I am also 67 years old
