either way if your motor is legal by the rules that ROAR has posted and backed by the USVTA, you should be fine. Safeway is to be within the motor min for each company, that way you are legal no matter what

IF the manufactures were selling AS SUBMITTED and the motor has not been altered, it should not make any difference.
