Actually we set the cars up softer. Soft front springs with 1-2 mm of droop, Soft side springs on the rear. The center spring is usually a medium rate with some rear droop. Oil in the center is similar to a foam setup. Front caster and camber aren't much different. Sidewall glue as track dictates.
