does anyone know if this is possible...

i currently have an mbx6 / mbx6r eco (I can’t tell, I bought it used a while back) and would like to run nitro buggy.

Can i I buy this and use it to convert to nitro? Will the rest of the buggy from my mbx6 eco bolt on?
