Is that a new bottle of paint or a bottle you have used in the past ?
Ive found all my paint ive purchased in the last yr are doing the same thing ... Its not bonding like it used to do ... Even scuffing isnt helping .
First time I used this bottle of Createx opaque red. Haven't had any issues with the florescent pink I run on everything else. Maybe I'll try the transparent red on the next body and see if it does any better.
