I feel that the 10TT was reasonably durable with 1/10 electronics... most folks were dropping in 1/8 electronics and the added weight didn't help much with durability

Upgrades were necessary from Integy, STRC, TBR, etc..
I tend to agree that my EB410 has taken far more abuse than I ever would've dreamed of expecting out of the 10TT, I just hope the same durability carries forward with the ET410... longer arms will really add some stress to those parts (not really fair to compare durability to a buggy with shorter arms)... I assume the design engineers took this into account and have added reinforced webbing where necessary to the ET410.
I saw several re-designs to the 10TT arms/hubs over the years, but what they never perfected were the pivot balls and the ackermann, I think that's where Tekno shines with the reverse bellcrank system.
My biggest complaint with the 10TT was lack of tuning options... I absolutely love what Tekno has done with the pill inserts and quick diff access, plus all the captured hardware is a really nice touch. Wrenching/tuning on the Tekno is like 2 generations ahead of the very stale design by HoBao.
