You "think" it's more of a budget brand?!? They are one of the top brands and OS could wish, or spend some of the money they charge, to try and get close in quality.
Anything I've ever seen coming from Italy walks circles around OS regarding quality, well apart from the "quality" of the price tag that's needed for all the drivers they sponsor.
