5 galons is pretty used, did you ever check or renew the bearings and conrod?
Sorry, i meant to say less than 5 liters, that is 1 galon and a half i think.
Could it be the 11% oil Byron fuel, because it just always happened when i used that, not with the 9% nor with another brand 9% fuel.
