It's alright, I reinstalled the smoke tonight and everything's fine
Seriously though, the charger still charges, runs motors, and discharges so I don't know what, if anything, happened. I just took it apart and I didn't see any component that looked burned up or other wise damaged and it still seems to work fine so I'll just leave it be for now.
