Hiya folks,
I have the trf419 super short shocks on my car but it seems to be leaking.
The car drives well enough but there is a huge mess on the suspension arms at the end of the race day, and the shock shafts seem to be perpetually wet with shock oil (dripping wet).
I'm certain that I've built the shocks correctly. Is anyone having the same leaking situation? How do I correct this?

This is a common problem with the kit blue orings. The clear orings (part #53574) are much better. Since replacing them I haven't had an issue. If you must use the blue orings I would suggest fitting a .3 mm washer next to the orings and cover them in green slime. This will make the leaking less pronounced but won't completely solve it. Also, I had issues with the gear diff leaking. To fix this I installed the larger shims (part #42313) and the aluminum pulley (part #42310). After these updates my car is as dry as it can be!
