I will rebind the rx/tx today and hope. This is always the worst part of a new esc/motor, it either works first time or takes ages to get right
The reverse function is usually used on Futaba radios. But one thing to check is that your motor wires are soldered on the correct tabs. That ESC has a setting option that can switch the order of the ABC tabs, so while you may have wires going from ABC on the ESC to ABC on the motor, it can actually be reversed if the setting is incorrect on the speed controller. You'd need the program box to make sure its in the correct order.
If you don't have a program box to reverse the setting, you can try reversing the wires physically by swapping the A and C wires. If that works then the internal setting was reversed from the factory or whoever you bought it from.
