Thank you for all the input. I have some homework to do on the engine.
1. The buggy has never run right. I built it at end of Winter and have not had good track time. (Anytime I was able to get to the track we have had lots of rain and track was a muddy mess)
2. I purchased the engine used. Seller may or may not be telling me the truth about condition. Compression seems lower than it should. I replaced the glow plug thinking that is the problem.
3. I will reset all the settings to factory and try the tune method again, but I have a feeling it is combo of bad tune and bad clutch. - I ordered a new clutch and motor. I am sick of sitting on the sidelines guessing and no one even in person can figure it out. Everything you guys have mentioned I have tried already.
I think the main problem is the clutch not disengaging. I had a Losi RTR that ran great and did not have this problem.
