Hi
Candy Root Beer is a TRANSPARENT paint. I don't know what 4030 and 4012 are as I don't use them. However I would spray the color straight from the bottle. Your spray pattern diameter appears to be about 1/4 to 1/2" mine is around 1 to 2 inches. Increase the pressure from 30 to 50. You don't necessarily need to spray at 50 but the pressure will be there if needed. Hold the brush further back from the body. The initial dusting was perfect. Additional layers can be a little thicker. The hood area on your body is 10 coats, On my bodies that would be 3-4 coats. The oval pool areas of paint indicate you've thinned the paint and the paint doesn't want to suspend in that medium so it flows to the edges and dries. Make sure you back the root beer with a Grey or Silver color, not black or white. The grey color is very forgiving and won't show inconsistent areas of light or dark areas in the root beer when done.sorry for the late response
