the two things i would have suggested have already been listed, chainsaw cutting oil and motorcycle foam filter oil. even air filter oil from lawn equipment would work if for some reason there is no auto parts store or a place that sells chainsaws and power equipment.
I would call the local yamaha,honda,ktm,husky, polaris, etc dealerships and ask if they carry foam filter oil.
